COVID 19 DELAYS: Delays on orders may occur outside of the normal shipping time. We are shipping as quickly as possible, but many of our suppliers and manufacturers are experiencing delays.  Orders that include DIY Paint and IOD products may take up to 4-6 weeks, if not in stock.  

 

If you live in an area with below freezing temperatures, make sure you are tracking your packages and bringing them inside promptly. We will not replace paint or liquid items for freezing.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ARE FINAL. We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. once an items is shipped.  Please double check that you have everything in your cart.  Warranties are not expressed or implied.

 

SHIPPING

Orders typically are shipped in up to 10 business days. Handmade items may take up to three weeks.  If there are delays with shipping companies and weather that are out of our control, please add extra delivery time.  If you have a question, feel free to email us anytime.  We always do our best to fill orders as soon as possible.

ALSO, PLEASE NOTE:  We do not ship paint with other items.  Paints are shipped separately to prevent any issues from damages-during-shipping, such as leaking paint or crushed cans.  

 LOCAL PICK UPS  Your order may still take up to 10 business days to be ready for pick up and up to three weeks for custom handmade items.  You will receive an email when the order is available for pick up.

Privacy Policies

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from ourpaintedfarmhouse.com (the “Site”).

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
